Material Creation Process – Objectives

Reduce material creation workload with reference materials or parametric profile structures and distribute to relevant units

Prevent the creation of materials without entering critical information such as costs and accounts or create them in a blocked status
Authorize-based filling of material fields
Report the status of the main data creation process (Who is expecting what?)

Data Gathering in a Virtual Environment.
Data preparation process can be organized based on the company’s organizational or hierarchical structure outside the SAP standard MM structure.

Notification process is initiated via email after the start of the information process.
